10V输入 500mA 高速电压稳压器
XC6231产品系列是实现了高精度,低噪声,高纹波抑制,低电压下降的正电压LDO电压稳压器。
采用激光微调技术,可以在0.9V~5.5Vの范围内,以0.1V的间隔设定输出电压。用于稳定输出的电容 (CL),能对应陶瓷电容等低ESR的电容。具有良好的瞬态响应,即使在负载发生变化时,也能得到稳定的输出。
采用了定电流限定电路和反馈电路,作为限定输出电流和保护输出端子短路的功能。
